Terms & Conditions
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wholeness Method website (https://wholenessmethod.co) and our online programs, communities, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are owned and operated by Cho Mgmt, LLC d/b/a Wholeness Method (“Wholeness Method,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any Wholeness Method program — including but not limited to the Self-Led, Cohort, and Comprehensive Programs — or by using our Services on Mighty Networks or any other platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy (Section 5), and any additional policies or agreements referenced herein.
Our Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our Services.
Wholeness Method reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the Services, website features, or content at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Applicability of Terms to Services and Membership
These Terms apply to all aspects of your engagement with Wholeness Method, including:
- The Wholeness Method website (wholenessmethod.co)
- The Wholeness Method Mighty Networks platform and related online communities
- All digital content, lessons, videos, frameworks, live or recorded sessions, and related program materials
Participation in Wholeness Method programs also subjects you to Mighty Networks’ Terms of Use and privacy practices, as we use that platform to deliver our Services.
If any part of these Terms conflicts with another written agreement between you and Wholeness Method (such as a membership or coaching agreement), the more specific agreement will control.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Wholeness Method programs.
By registering for an account or purchasing a program, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally able to enter into these Terms; and
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Wholeness Method is not responsible for unauthorized access or use of your account.
Purchases, Pricing, and Payment Terms
Wholeness Method offers various online programs and membership options for purchase through our website and Mighty Networks platform.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
4.1 Program Options
Wholeness Method provides multiple program tiers with varying levels of access to educational materials, community support, and practitioner interaction.
The specific inclusions, access length, and features for each program are described at the time of purchase.
Program offerings may include:
- Self-paced digital programs;
- Group-based cohort programs with structured community participation; and
- Comprehensive programs that combine group sessions, practitioner support, and extended access.
The details of what each program includes, and how long access is provided, are clearly stated at checkout and may vary by offering.
4.2 Community Membership
Wholeness Method may offer an optional community membership providing continued access to live calls, recorded content, guided meditations, community discussions, and other member-only resources.
If a program includes community access, it will be specified at the time of enrollment.
Community memberships renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user.
You may cancel at any time through your Mighty Networks account settings; access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
4.3 Payments
All payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
By completing a purchase, you authorize Wholeness Method to charge your designated payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable recurring payments if you subscribe to ongoing membership access.
If you select an installment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the terms presented at checkout.
4.4 Access
Access to program materials and membership features begins once payment is successfully processed and continues for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Digital delivery is considered complete once access is granted through the Wholeness Method platform, regardless of whether you log in or begin using the materials.
4.5 Pricing and Modifications
Wholeness Method reserves the right to adjust program or membership pricing, content, or features at any time prior to purchase or renewal.
Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect transactions that have already been completed.
Refund Policy
Wholeness Method programs provide immediate access to proprietary educational content, tools, and practitioner-developed frameworks. Because digital delivery cannot be reversed once granted, the following terms define all refund eligibility:
5.1 Self-Led Program
No refunds. All sales are final.
Purchase of the Self-Led Program provides instant access to the full curriculum, lessons, quizzes, and digital resources.
Once access is granted, the digital content cannot be returned, and the value of the program is fully delivered at the time of purchase.
5.2 Cohort and Comprehensive Programs
Refunds are available within the first 14 days from the purchase date, minus a 25% refund fee.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@wholenessmethod.co within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If approved, 25% of the program fee is retained to cover curriculum access, community participation, administrative setup, and allocated cohort resources.
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period has passed.
5.3 Installment Payments
If you enroll using an installment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program. Refunds for partial payments are not available.
5.4 Community Membership Fees
Fees paid for any recurring community or membership access are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, even if you do not use or access the Services during that period. Cancellation of membership will stop future renewals, as described in Section 4.2.
Termination and Cancellation
6.1 Termination by Wholeness Method
Wholeness Method reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of program materials
- Inappropriate conduct in the community
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond what is expressly provided in Section 5.
6.2 Cancellation by User
You may cancel your membership or program participation at any time through your Mighty Networks account settings.
For one-time purchase programs, cancellation may result in immediate loss of access.
For recurring community memberships, cancellation will stop future renewals, and access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle, as described in Section 4.2.
You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or fees incurred prior to cancellation.
6.3 Survival
Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

- Loss of income, profits, or data
- Emotional, psychological, or physical distress
- Business interruption, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable basis, even if Wholeness Method has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Wholeness Method’s total liability arising from or relating to your use of the Services exceed the total amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.
Wholeness Method does not assume responsibility for:

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Wholeness Method’s liability is strictly limited as described in this section and that these limitations form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Wholeness Method.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cho Mgmt, LLC d/b/a Wholeness Method, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of the rights of any third party.
Wholeness Method reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification under this section. You agree to cooperate fully with Wholeness Method in asserting any available defenses.
Modifications to Programs or Platform

Wholeness Method will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant program or service changes.
Such modifications do not entitle users to refunds or compensation unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy (Section 5).
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute or claim with Wholeness Method informally.
To begin this process, you must provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.
Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving the written notice before pursuing any other remedy.
15.2 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If informal resolution fails, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15.3 Waiver of Jury Trial
To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms.
15.4 Limitation on Claims
Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from or relating to your use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Wholeness Method to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wholeness Method regarding your participation in our programs and use of our Services.
