Refund Policy

Wholeness Method programs provide immediate access to proprietary curriculum, tools, and practitioner-developed frameworks. Digital delivery cannot be reversed once granted. The following terms define all refund eligibility.

Self-Led Program

No refunds. All sales are final.

Purchase of the Self-Led program provides instant access to the full curriculum, lessons, quizzes, and digital resources. Once access is granted, the digital content cannot be returned, and the value of the program is fully delivered at the time of purchase. 

Cohort Program & Comprehensive Program

Refunds are available within the first 14 days from the purchase date, minus a 25% refund fee. 

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• If approved, 25% of the program fee is retained to cover curriculum access, community participation, administrative setup, and allocated cohort resources.
• The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Installment Plans (All Programs)

If you enroll using an installment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you discontinue participation.

• Missed or failed installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access to your program.
  
• Refunds for partial or incomplete installment payments are not available.
  

Choosing an installment plan does not extend or modify the 14-day refund window for Cohort or Comprehensive Programs.

Community Membership Fees

Community membership fees, including recurring monthly charges, are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, even if you do not access or use the Services during that period.

Canceling membership will stop future renewals, but:

• No prorated refunds
  
• No refunds for the current billing cycle
  

Access continues through the end of the paid period (as described in the Terms & Conditions)
