Introduction and Scope of This Policy

Wholeness Method (“Wholeness Method,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), operated by Cho Mgmt, LLC d/b/a Wholeness Method respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.   • Our programs, communities, and course delivery hosted on Mighty Networks (the “Platform”)

Payment Information

Payment details (such as credit card numbers) are processed securely by third-party payment processors, including Mighty Networks and/or Stripe. Wholeness Method does not receive or store full payment card information.

Information Collected by Mighty Networks

Because our programs and community are hosted on Mighty Networks, certain information is collected and stored within that platform, including:

  • Direct messages between members
  • Activity logs within the Platform

Wholeness Method does not control Mighty Networks’ internal data practices, and your use of their platform signifies agreement to their privacy terms.

  • Create a Mighty Networks account
  • Post or comment in the community

  • Opt-in to receive emails or download free resources

  • Mighty Networks (program and community hosting, account management, interactions, and communication tools)
  • Third-party payment processors (for secure payment transactions)
  • Email marketing service providers (for program-related communications, onboarding, updates, newsletters, and optional marketing emails)

Wholeness Method may export your name and email address from Mighty Networks into our email marketing system in order to send essential program communications, community updates, and other messages necessary to operate the Services.

  • Program Delivery: To provide access to purchased programs, membership features, and community spaces.
  • Account Management: To create and maintain your Mighty Networks account.

Community Interactions
