Common Questions
How often are the live calls?
Twice per week. There is a weekly cohort call and a weekly community support call. Replays are provided for anyone who cannot attend live.
How much time does the program require each week?
Most members spend a couple of hours weekly learning the sections and attending the live calls. The pace is steady, structured, and designed to be manageable alongside everyday life.
Do I need previous experience with somatic or mindset work?
No. Everything is taught step-by-step.
What if I can’t participate every week?
You can catch up using the replays and continue engaging inside the community.
Does this include individual coaching?
Is this safe for people who feel overwhelmed or emotionally reactive?
Yes. The cohort is paced, guided, and designed to help you move through the material in a steady, supported way. It’s a structured learning environment, not a replacement for individualized therapeutic or crisis care.
Can I continue after this cohort ends?
Yes. You will have ongoing access to the curriculum for 6 months from the date of purchase.
